I have enjoyed completing your 90 day yoga fix and have recently purchased this alignment class which I find very informative (I wish I got it earlier). I have learned how to roll over my toes when moving into downward dog, but I am still unclear how to roll over the toes when moving from chattaranga to upward facing dog. I notice that you roll over your toes between the positions but I can't seem to do it. Any pointers would be helpful.

Loving the videos Leslie. They are very clear.
However I also am challenged by rolling over my toes both into downward and upward dog . Also my arms never seem to be in the right place for upward dog. Is there any chance you could do a video on how to accomplish this - the toes particularly.
