I have enjoyed completing your 90 day yoga fix and have recently purchased this alignment class which I find very informative (I wish I got it earlier). I have learned how to roll over my toes when moving into downward dog, but I am still unclear how to roll over the toes when moving from chattaranga to upward facing dog. I notice that you roll over your toes between the positions but I can't seem to do it. Any pointers would be helpful.

Hi Fernanda,
Try putting a blanket under your toes (balls of your feet) while on a hardwood floor during chatturanga. When move into up dog, push with the balls of your feet onto the tops of them as you pull with your arms and hands to go into upward dog.
