Surya Namaskar B or Sun Salute B can be a challenging practice if you're not familiar with it. It's challenging to link your breath with your movement, so as you practice this video, focus on your breath practice. Try to avoid rushing through chatturanga, but give it a full exhale. Follow that full exhale with a complete inhale into upward dog and then an exhale into downward dog. As you take your next inhale to step the right leg forward, try to lengthen it out through the entire movement and then as you move back through chatturanga, incorporate a full exhale, and so on...
